Delivery
Orders made before 5PM EST Mon-Fri will be processed and shipped the same day. Your AH package should arrive within 3-5 business days. However, we understand delivery exceptions occur. Please contact us at hello@annastaciahair.com if your AH package does not arrive within the specified time and we will work will our delivery partners to rectify any issues. Please note we are unable to guarantee specific days and time delivery.
We aim to meet the delivery times stated however during peak times deliveries may take longer than usual. AnnastaciaHair cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, refunds are prohibited, and all sales are final.
Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW items to be returned for the safety of all our clients.
